Popular appointment times fill up quickly! We encourage you to book your appointments a few weeks in advance to ensure you receive the date and time you would like. At the time of booking, we will ask for an active credit card number to guarantee your appointment. Every new client appointment requires a $100 deposit that will go towards your future service.
We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your first appointment to fill out intake forms. If you're running late, please give our office a call so we can make the necessary adjustments to your appointment. If you are running over 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule based on provider availability.

How To Prepare For Your Appointment
01 Review Our Office Policies
As a courtesy, REGEN Society provides appointment reminders for clients. Our office requires notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients must provide a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelled appointments will be charged a 50% fee for less than 12-hour notice and a 100% fee for less than 24-hour notice. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation.

At least 48 hours before your appointment, please review the pre-care instructions for your specific service. If you're just coming in for a consultation, you don't need to worry about this!
