Brianna Burns, RN
A Registered Nurse with over seven years of experience in aesthetics, Brianna Burns is more than just an injector—she’s a leader in the industry, a national trainer, and a firm believer in the power of holistic care and science-driven beauty.
Originally from Florida, Brianna graduated from the University of South Florida before launching her career in plastic surgery and neuroscience nursing. Her passion for aesthetics led her to train with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Dr. Arthur Swift, Professor Sebastian Cotofana, Dr. Zack Ally, Nicola Lowrey, Shelby Miller, and Erika Barry.
As a national trainer for InMode, she shares her expertise with providers across the U.S., helping to shape the future of aesthetic medicine.
Brianna’s philosophy on beauty was shaped early on—from her years as an NFL cheerleader and beauty pageant competitor, she quickly realized that true beauty starts from within. Lifestyle, nutrition, and overall health play just as much of a role as skincare and injectables.
Now, she’s bringing her 360-degree approach to aesthetics and wellness to Franklin, helping clients achieve natural, balanced, and long-lasting results.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband and two daughters, exploring the Franklin community she’s proud to serve.

Dr. Kate O'Connor
Medical Director
As Medical Director of REGEN Society, Dr. Kate O’Connor brings a rare combination of surgical mastery, innovation, and warmth to the world of aesthetics and regenerative medicine. A double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, she oversees clinical safety, treatment protocols, and provider education, ensuring every service offered at REGEN Society meets the highest standards of care.
A fellowship graduate of globally renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Jacono, Dr. O’Connor is among a select few elite surgeons trained in the most advanced techniques in facial rejuvenation. At REGEN, she supervises advanced aesthetic procedures—including injectables, microneedling, and laser treatments—to ensure they are performed safely and effectively.
Beyond her technical expertise, Dr. O’Connor is known for her grounded presence and approachable leadership style. As a new mother, she brings a deeply human, nurturing perspective to her role—fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and trust for both patients and REGEN providers alike.

With a background in social work and a deep passion for authentic connection, Court brings a distinctive, client-focused philosophy to the world of skincare. Since beginning her esthetics journey in 2013, she has cultivated a career grounded in empathy, expertise, and results.
Her professional experience spans a diverse range of settings—from dermatology and plastic surgery practices to eco-conscious beauty studios and a prestigious Four Diamond hotel spa. Most recently, she successfully owned and operated her own skincare practice, further refining her personalized approach to treatment.

Her passion lives at the intersection of aesthetics, wellness, and longevity medicine, helping patients not only look refreshed, but feel stronger, healthier, and more confident as they age. From advanced injectables and laser treatments to regenerative medicine and wellness optimization, Katie creates highly personalized plans designed around one goal: helping you look, feel, and function at your best for years to come.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
With nearly 7 years of experience in advanced injecting and plastic surgery, Monica brings an experienced, detail-oriented approach to every patient she treats. Prior to aesthetics, she began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery after earning her nursing degree from Duke University.
Treatments she loves to perform are full-facial balancing, lower-face tox treatments, biostimulating injectables, and corrective work including dissolving and restoring facial balance. Her approach is thoughtful and intentional, with an emphasis on never rushing treatments and creating natural, refined results that still feel like you.
Sarah Ford, LMA

With over 14 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Sarah has dedicated her career to mastering the science of skin. Brand + Marketing manager
Hannah is the marketing and brand strategist behind the REGEN experience. Her background spans luxury branding, fashion, content creation, and creative strategy, grounded in a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology from Belmont University.
She believes great branding works the same way great medicine does. It starts with understanding the person, not just the surface. At REGEN, Hannah leads brand communications, content strategy, and community partnerships - translating clinical excellence into storytelling that connects.
