MEMBERSHIP TERMS, CANCELLATION POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS

General Membership Terms

By enrolling in a REGEN Society membership, you agree and acknowledge that:



Billing & Commitment

  • REGEN Society (or its third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge your card monthly for your selected membership tier.
  • 6-month or 12-month minimum commitment is required for all aesthetic membership tiers unless you choose a flexible month-to-month option by paying a one-time $100 non-refundable sign-up fee.
  • Memberships automatically renew each month on the same calendar day.


Active Membership Requirements

  • A valid card must remain on file at all times.
  • Members receive exclusive pricing, discounts, and monthly membership credits while active.


Membership Credits

Credits are:

  • Bankable and never expire, even after cancellation
  • Non-refundable
  • Not valid toward the purchase of gift cards
  • Sometimes excluded from promotions or limited-time specials

If a membership becomes inactive or a payment fails:

  • Banked credits remain available
  • Membership discounts and pricing are suspended until the account is reactivated
  • Non-member pricing will apply to any redemption during inactive periods


Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel your REGEN Society membership:

  • You must submit your cancellation request at least one (1) business day before your next billing date by calling, texting, or emailing the office during business hours.
  • Requests received outside of business hours are processed within two full business days.
  • Once processed, your membership remains active through the end of that billing cycle.
  • Membership funds are non-refundable once charged.


Commitment Requirement

  • Members may cancel any time after completing the 6-month minimum OR if the $75 sign-up fee was paid at enrollment.
  • Canceling before the 6-month commitment will result in a $75 early termination fee, unless the sign-up fee was paid at enrollment.
  • Memberships may not be canceled more than two times per calendar year.


Use of Banked Credits After Cancellation

  • All accrued credits remain available indefinitely.
  • Credits may be used at non-member pricing if your membership is inactive.


REGEN Society Rights

REGEN Society may modify or discontinue membership programs at any time at its discretion.


MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENTS:


This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Member and REGEN Society Aesthetics + Wellness.


1. Membership Term

  • Requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
  • Members who prefer flexibility may opt for month-to-month access by paying a $100 non-refundable sign-up fee.
  • Early cancellation before 6 months results in a $100 early termination fee, unless the sign-up fee was paid.


2. Payment Authorization

  • Member agrees to keep a valid debit or credit card on file.
  • Monthly charges process on the same calendar day each month.


3. Membership Benefits

  • Exclusive elevated pricing, service discounts, and VIP perks
  • Early access to launches, events, and promotions
  • Monthly bankable membership credits that never expire

Credits:

  • Never expire
  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be used for gift cards
  • May not always combine with limited-time specials


4. Account Standing

If a payment fails or a membership becomes inactive:

  • Credits remain available
  • Discounts and member pricing are suspended
  • Credits redeemed during inactive status apply at regular pricing


5. Cancellation

  • Members may cancel anytime after completing the 6-month term, or at any time if the $100 sign-up fee was paid.
  • REGEN Society requires up to 2 business days to process cancellations.


6. Agreement

By signing, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Membership Agreement, including authorization for recurring charges and applicable fees.
